A FINE EDUCATION OFFERS MANY EXCITING CAREERS. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK HARD AND CONSISTENTLY THESE JOBS/CAREERS ARE AVAILABLE;
  • FUNERAL DIRECTOR—Own your own funeral home or work for privately owned funeral homes or a conglomerate which owns many funeral homes, cemeteries and florists.
  • EMBALMER—Open your own embalming service in conjunction with a funeral home OR work for a private or conglomerate-related  funeral home. 
  • ARMED SERVICES ASSOCIATION---Join a branch of the armed services and associate yourself with the preparation of fallen servicemen. 
  • PATHOLOGY TECHNICIAN---prepare gross and histological specimens for examination by a physician in hospital and morgue labs
  • MEDICAL CENTER DENIER---prepare remains of people who have donated their bodies to a medical, dental or physical education teaching college or university
  • FUNERAL SUPPLY SALES---Many suppliers require that sales personnel hold a professional funeral service license.  Some things you can sell are:  chemicals, caskets, limos & hearses, clothes and instruments.
  • CORPORATE EMPLOYEE: You can be in the office of national, regional or local funeral businesses as well as be a funeral director/embalmer with the firm.
  • INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNER---You can open or buy into several types of businesses.  For example:  You can open a remains removal service, buy,  buy into or establish a funeral home or cremation service. 
  • CEREMONIALIST---To help the bereaved plan the celebration of the life of the departed, you may well do a better and more complete ceremony for them if you also hold a professional license in funeral service.  
  • CREMATORY TECHNICIAN---To prepare human remains for cremation, to cremate the remains and dispose of the cremains (ashes), a licensed and trained funeral service professional may find increasing employment as the public’s wishes for cremation increases.
  • ENTREPRENEUR: There are new and different ways of disposing of human remains, holding celebrations of life and working with the bereaved coming along which are gaining and will gain momentum over time.  You could be one of the first to establish one of these services.

First and foremost, it is the mission of FINE Mortuary College , LLC: A Private Two Year College (FINE) to improve the stature of the funeral profession. In order to accomplish this mission, FINE endeavors to provide both a rigorous academic education and a strong program in practical training. Graduates should then possess both a sound knowledge base and the technical skills necessary for success in the profession. Perhaps as important in attaining its mission, FINE intends that its graduates will have developed high ethical standards, a sensitivity and compassion towards those experiencing grief, the demonstrated ability to communicate, and the attribute of leadership, serving as role models within their communities. Finally, it is an integral part of FINE’s mission to provide an educational experience that is considerate of its students’ ongoing jobs and personal obligations while promoting pride in the funeral profession itself.
